Badgerclops attempts to lower himself from the rafters using his extendo-arm, but just shatters off a piece of the wood instead, falling on his rump.

Ow... I can't believe somebody would actually do this!

He ruminates for a while, and starts thinking about what to do next.

Alright, let's see, let's see... Somebody used the stilts to get up and break the pipe, but also tied the girl to the pole... did they somehow tie her up without her waking up? Weird.

You find again that the stilts show water marking up to the flood line, but nothing specifically about marks on any of the sides of the stilts.

[Grampy sits on the floor and switches his deerstalker cap out for his thinking cap. He spends a minute trying to think of something. Once he thought of something, the lightbulb on the cap lights up.]

[Grampy takes his thinking cap off, puts his deerstalker hat back on, and pulls out a magnifying glass.]

Leroy leaves a 1-star yelp review on the studio. "Murderer on set elusive, did not kill my wife. Service otherwise passable." It is unclear why that's worth a 1-star review when the service was otherwise apparently perfectly adequate.

Acting like Leroy when you aren't him makes you look suspicious. To give up implies you have some vested interest in us giving up.

Loretta looks suspiciously at the two who have suggested giving up.

Especially when we're looking for further evidence as we speak, and it is you who are being deader weight Leroy and Haruhi's corpse put together.

"There's really not a lick of evidence pointing to a specific person," Adrien mutters. "Whoever did this was very careful, it seems.

"And it's not like the person who suffers most from losing cartoon powers is the only reasonable suspect. Anyone who suffers at all from it might have been motivated." I can't transform into Cat Noir here anyway, it'd be far too obvious. But I wouldn't want to lose the ability entirely...

Tina didn't sound like she liked either of these ideas, but she was going to throw them out there.

Meanwhile, Lotta is sitting there with a lounge chair she just popped open on the deck of the now de-flooded steamship set. She's got her laptop open and a glass of something in one hand and a bowl of popcorn in the other.

Please!, Mincer says as he snacks on some popcorn while sucking down a soda cup through a straw.

Mincer pulls out a giant clock.

Tina again goes over what's been discovered so far. Haruhi was tied to a pole, then the pipes were tampered with to flood the studio and drown her. The stilts... okay she wasn't sure if the killer used them in the crime somehow (due to being short?), if someone else used them to try and make people think the killer was short, if they were used to keep the door closed, or if somebody just used them to try and stay above the water and they didn't even have anything to do with the crime.

So she'd put the stilts aside for now, mentally, and try to think who might have been driven to kill by the motive or who might just think it'd be fun.

And that, so far, she had no clue on yet.

So. Guess who was out longer than you thought because of his own self-induced conscious. Because on the scene stumbled a half-awake Perch, barely rubbing his eyes with a yawn.

"This... This is Perch Perkins... *yawn* Requesting a cup of joe and an explanation for what happened...?" Because from what he could tell, everyone's standing around like they're at a funeral and the studio lot is flooded.

SO somebody maybe used some stilts to reach the water pipes and flood and drone this high school girl who they also somehow tied to a pole without waking up. I don't really know anyone who especially fits that description.
