Coming back empty-handed, Walt sees Adrien summon Plagg to go inside Haruhi's corpse.
"Now I think about it, she probably drowned. The killer must've tied her to the stake and flooded the studio just to kill her."

She wasn't sure this mattered to finding out who did it, or why. The whole thing was making her incredibly uncomfortable but she was determined to try to help.

It takes a bit and you still get needlessly drenched, but you do manage to stop it eventually

Tina gets up, pushes her glasses back up and checks herself over-- nothing broken, that's good. She will then...

It looks like it was tied beforehand, yeah

Those stilts could have been used to bar the door shut, but they could have just put Leroy there.

To emphasize the point, Leroy appears to have fallen asleep in an armchair that definitely wasn't there a moment ago.

You can't seem to figure that out one way or another.

As you untie her, the pillar falls over and whacks you on the head. You're seeing birds flying around your head as you stagger around dizzy. But before that happens, it doesn't look like she has any marks

They do seem a bit damp

"I tried to sleep for a while but I couldn't really get comfortable and then the whole place was flooding so I climbed up to the rafters in here. I was kind of panicked so I didn't see anything, sorry."

It's possible Leroy was asleep, but it is also possible that that was a bandsaw.

I assume that Loretta was asleep, after all, no one could possibly stay awake listening to her talk about her interests, not even herself.

Lotta is totaling up all the damages and what she'll need to replace. Looking very nonchalant about the death.

...Oh, you do seem to be figuring this part out fine yourselves, but if you identify the killer, we'll remove them from the competition. Permanently. Can't have a sloppy killer winning, now, can we? Shows a lack of attention to detail.

And you don't have to worry about myself and Mincer, it would rather defeat the purpose of the exercise if we were the ones bumping off contestants un-prompted. But I was in my office all night going over paperwork, anyway.

Yeah! Like the lady said! We wanna see if you all have what it takes to be a star! And I was helping out with the paperwork myself! But anway, good start so far to the competition. Can the killer hide under the radar?

Mincer pulls out a mini-radar out of his pocket.
