Making sure nobody gets ideas to attack the New Macedonian Empire by water, if you mean me. As I have consistently maintained.

As for sinking my ship. That would be more of a threat if you had the naval power for it.

If you would like to offer treaty conditions that would induce me to move, I will hear them. My couriers are at the ready to relay messages. That goes for both of you.

Nothing to annotate, but with the departure of my predecessor, I do have plenty of newspapers that I was instructed to put here. The rest of the original report has not been cleared for my viewing, but I have been able to look at many source documents.

Incidentally, big news recently relating to this, Yaw Sangui has fled Mali-Akania after a failed coup attempt, and then disappeared. Perhaps he's wherever EPE went in the immediate aftermath of the Gladwell Assassination? I don't know what I'm supposed to write here, no one sent me anything to annotate.

All the pieces are horses of different kinds, with a large stallion in a crown standing in for a king and a crowned mare standing in for a queen. She's been shuffling the horses around busily. Her bodyguard is playing against her.

The NMES Ares bombards the Coastal Quarries*, encountering only token resistance from the disorganized AFDRO militia in the area.
The NMES Nemesis holds in Chylenbol, crushing any further resistance.
The Modern Calvary Unit in the Forester's Home supports an invasion by the Modern Calvary in Luzhi Valley into the Obychinzk Steelworks*, Support: 2 against the Tank Brigade of the Disorganization for Special Interests, which is unprepared and easily driven back from the vital factory. Support: 1.
The Modern Calvary Unit in the Innlands Excavation* enters the Luzhi Forest*, and finds things eerily silent around the well-stocked ammunition dump.
The Modern Calvary Unit in The Gardens* takes the Presidential Palace. President Duopolin had already evacuated to the Arzutzk Government District, however.

The Coastal Quarries, Obychinzk Steelworks, Chylenbol, and Luzhi Forest all fall to the New Macedonian Empire, who can now build three(!) units and maintain up to four more.

The Increasingly Disorganized Organization for Special Interests of Obychinzk:

The ONV Tangiers sails into the open ocean, and is scuttled by its crew due to supply limits. The crew who haven't starved escape to other shores.
The Tank Brigade in the Tank Depot holds, far too hopeful for their chances.

The Mechanized Infantry Unit in Inner Autarkia moves to the Exurbs of Arzutzk, with the support of the unit in Outer Arzutzk.
The ONV Prebisch sails out into the Bay of Arzutzk.

The Mechanized Infantry unit in Ladrynopol* Holds.

AFDRO under Elatain Dupolin barely holds on to the Northern Prisons when a Liberation Team tries to break through from the Northern Desert! (Support: 1 Vs Support: 1)

The Liberation Team in Freedale Ridge enters Freedale Hook*. The region does not resist the incursion.
The SS Liberty in the Strait of Leveforth holds.
The Liberation team in Port Midland moves to the Desert Oilfields.

The Liberation team at Oasis* was going to go to the Northern Desert, but it doesn't because only one unit can occupy a space at a time.

No documents were included by my predecessor for this season, nor did I find the report worth annotating. [Not your place to judge.] I think it very plain what happened here. Very little of note can be found during this particular time that is not obvious from troop movement records, though of note is that several individuals who would later become notable left the country at this time in one of the last few immigrant waves spurred by the war.

Also, the sinking of the ANS General Zhnyasrov did in fact reveal that the Mechanican navy was using technology that they by all accounts shouldn't have had, specifically in targeting systems which had previously been restricted to the three powers. This implies that either Sangui or Evans was attempting to empower Dreissler's own initiative, which was ruined by the activation of a particularly notorious bit of software that took over much of the initiative. We have found compelling evidence (though of course, it was obvious) that Dreissler was entirely unable to control it once it activated, apparently because the manual was accidently included in a pile of files to be destroyed.
