Heavy casualties have depleted the army's units, the headquarters has been bombed and shelled into oblivion, and the few surviving PMC units are now deserting due to unpaid wages while its home regions are occupied by Dolre Military Industries, The Organization for Special Interests of Obychinzk, and the New Macedonian Empire.

All remaining units of the JBOC disband. All involved leaders have been DM'd for a private discussion of what will happen.

The Spheres of Control at this juncture had been clearly established. These were the general estimated territories of each of the armies at the time (Grey, formerly a faction of its own, now represents territory that was not yet meaningfully under the control of anyone.)

The most efficient faction is Dolre Military Industries, which is using every supply center in its sphere of direct influence, and has a well-established setup.

The least controlling faction are the Alatanian-Backed Separatists, who only have a firm hold of eight territories.

The largest-by-area faction is the Legion for the Light of Liberty, who have the most regions easily accessible.

The strangest shaped faction are the Organization for Special Interests of Obychinzk, who would look less weird if they had more control over the Forester Majority areas which are not clearly controlled by anyone.

The most Country Shaped faction is The Mechanicus Imperium, who are a nice red blob with some decent inland reach, as well as an industrialized area and an under-industrialized area.

The most compact faction is The New Macedonian Empire, with the smallest controlled region in pixels, but with substantial efficiency within that territory.
