The nearest person is... Ichiban, and his kart starts spinning for a bit as he gets hit by the shell. After this, he drives into an item box, and gets a speed booster! "Seems like a good time to use this!" he says as he puts it into his kart and starts going FAST. "Whooaaaaaaa!"

Neptune also picks up an item box, and finds... a can of silly string? "Heh, maybe this could make for a nice distraction..."

Vriska's also gotten a speed booster, so she's gonna use that sucker immediately and try to speed past Bossman.
