I have also never heard of that year system
for the record mine was originally called AD (short for anno Domini) but then people were like "isn't that pointlessly Christian in a world where most people aren't that?" so they changed it to CE (common era)

Lucid dreaming takes a conscious effort. This is more paying Daylight to do the heavy lifting for you: they invent dreams, and you purchase it from them.
