Your position is not entirely describable as a stalemate, Banks. I would say you are at a disadvantage, as  I do not see you gaining territority this year, whereas everyone else is in a good position to do so.

I have a positional advantage, having fully set up a convoy chain between Autarkia and Olychia. This seems fair enough, but I'd like your opinion on this...

That does seem very fair. I will allow you to claim Olychia, Alatansuth, and Avashormynedd, at a minimum, If you would like to negotiate for other provinces, I am willing to listen.

I would like to discuss certain tactical matters in private with Alexandra and Markhan, if they would like to discuss maneuvers with me.
