Captain Lanthanide calls in at the start of your first council meeting, radiating a vague sense of irritation over your inconveniencing of her. (All she can do is radiate it, considering that her face is a motionless tungsten symbol floating on a surface of plasma.)

Audits are underway for all y'all. Anyway, Ah'll be judgin' yer edicts that ya issue closely, an' Ah expect you to clean up yer messes. If'n y'all manage to do YER JOBS properly, ah'll be able to finish mah audits an' get yer traitor "friends" off to the correctional centers. If YA DON'T do yer jobs properly an' let too many rebel-aidin' edicts slip through, Ah'll make sure it don't end well for y'all. That clear? Now, uh, who's yer presidin' member right now? Mr. The Brain? Whatever, mah junior officer is in charge right now. Discuss who yer gonna be elevating to chairperson, an' get the best edicts passed. If'n yer not interested in doin' that, Ah'm sure ah can find some seat-holders more interested in doin' their jobs right.

He's also got gray skin, lightning-shaped horns, a swath of purple in his black hair, and... are those gills?

Thank you, Pinky. Anyway, I'm Brain. I was asked, I'm sure because of my vast knowledge and experience, to be the Current Presiding Member of this board. Also a junior political officer, with my second Pinky, so don't get out of line here. And I according to the rules I was given, we're supposed to pick a chairperson. So I was asking: Why should we pick any of you?

Lanthanide seemingly can't resist repeating a government rule that you all presumably know. At least she doesn't seem to be trying to trip anyone up right now.

Well now, y'all can't be chairperson and presidin' at the same time. Was that not clear in yer orientation? An' due to a... reason, both mah junior officers here are considered one junior officer for all office-holdin' purposes. It'll be great, ah'm sure. Yer gonna do good, loyal things, we're gonna get this rebel thing fixed right up, an' we'll be able ta all go home happy. Aside from the rebels. They ain't goin' anywhere.

For one, i've shown my work as the head of the Walt Disney Corporation, extending into the mediums of television, film theme parks, store, and many others. I have acquired my fair share of companies, and I see it that I have my experience backed up. Now, what can I do for you? As your chairperson, I will be a person, and sit in a chair. I am compassionate, empathetic, hard-working, and a good role-model for the kids. I will make politics fun for all, and have all the money in the world to show for it.

Then a short, stocky bald man with glasses appears. He stretches before heading to the others, looking like he really doesn't want to do any work.
