Ash is still asleep, lying in a poolside chair.

Dracovish is splashing around in the pool. The obvious inference seems to be that Ash stayed up late watching his Pokémon.

Kai: 5; That vending machine that survived probably still has something. Other than that, you're probably out of luck. They'll try to set up kitchen and cafeteria tents by lunchtime.

Ash notices that something is Very Not Right at the pool...

Ash blearily investigates further, following Dracovish's lead, since the... fish thing... is the more awake of the two by far.

Lotta scratches her head. I think he always smells that way, he's a crab. Krabs is fine.
