Maki seems...kinda annoyed that everyone's apathetic about their room choice. Well, if you as-I mean! How about you guys put your stuff in my room tonight?! It'll be nice! Keep it safe! Plus, we can have a little sleepover thing! A hotel room party! Wouldn't that be fun?!

"Sure, that could be lots of fun!"

Amanda smiles.

"A sleepover does sound fun," Loren says. "Wouldn't say I have a whole lot of stuff on hand to store away, though, and even if I did, I'd just tuck it into my other forms."

I'm glad you came around! What about you. Chris? Gem things?! Bethany? Don't you want to join?! I wouldn't want you to feel left out, all the fun going on without you....

"We're good." Nephrite says to Maki, while Amethyst seems to have just figured out how to use the slot machines. And it spins three coin icons when she does.

"Wait, that's how it works? Pull the handle, and hope you get lucky?"
"Seems like it. Didn't really get much from it, though."
"So what's the point of these machines then?"
"I think it's a way humans pass the time. Like that 'television' thing." (Neppy rolls her eyes)
"Wow. Humans thinking they can win by getting lucky. That's stupid."

While they were talking, Amethyst decided to try again with the slot machine, and sees a trio of 7s show up. And a whole LOAD of money comes piling out.

"ERR, What?!"
"You were saying?" (With smug look)
"That doesn't count. LET ME TRY!"
"Sure. There's another one right there." (Pointing to a slot machine next to her.)

[Dookie]

"Yeah, of course. I'm just going to go to the Hades room, drop mystuff off, and then come back down. Then, we can do some gambling."

She walks to the elevators.

Maki looks to Bethany. Oh, come on! Why don't you hang out with the rest of us, huh?! Unless you're hiding something...I mean, of course you can do that, you know! Leave us out of the loop of everything and take everything for yourself! But-you know what? Nevermind! You can be by yourself, let's check out this casino without you!

Maki heads off, and begins playing around with the slot machines as well. Guys, come on!

"All right, let's see if I've finally got some luck!"

Amanda's also trying one of the slot machines. Will she win anything? Maybe!

(Note: I'll let you guys RP how your character turns out at the slots. I'm mainly here to just RP the setting and a few characters).

Nephrite's first use of the slot machine showed a trio of clovers, netting her a good-sized profit. So she spun again. Two coins. "Why didn't any coins come out that time?"
"Because you lost?"
"What? Screw that!"
It's now obvious that Neppy's hooked. Amethyst, meanwhile, has decided to stash her earnings away in her Gem and keep playing on the slot machine. She never did see that row of 7s again.

Amanda's first try... nothing.
She'll try again. This time, a small jackpot. Oh hey, cool
She tries a few more times. No huge payouts, but at least she quits while she's ahead.

[Dookie]

Bethany comes downstairs, ready for some gambling.

“Alright, who's ready for some gambling?”

"I'm just gonna keep vibing here, I think," Loren says.

[Kennifer]

"Oh I'm already gambling. Though maybe I should quit while I'm actually ahead for once..."

Amanda smiles a bit. She's also changed her hair yet again; it's now wavy and pale blonde.

As for Amethyst and Nephrite, well, let's just say they gave up trying to get profits from the slot machines and decided to just try the roulette wheel.

"Try number 10."
"Isn't 5 a better one to choose?"
"Doesn't matter which number we pick - We pick one, they spin, and hope we get lucky."
"I just don't get why there's only the numbers 1 to 16 on the wheel."
"That only means it's a 1 in 16 chance of us winning! So I'm putting my lot down on number 10."
"Guess that means I'll take number 5 then."

And with that, the wheel spins. It spins, and spins, until it eventually comes to a stop, landing on the number 12. Both of them are not happy at this.
"BAH!"
"I tell ya, it's rigged."
"Didn't you say that already?"
"Who cares? This thing's rigged!"

Bethany immediately starts rummaging the casino for cash.

Those with a keen eye would notice a little boy, standing alone near a poker table.

Loren, still just chilling on Amanda's shoulder, does indeed spot the strange lonely girl at the poker table.

"Huh. Wonder what that's about."

[Dookie]

Bethany is too bust gambling away all the money she found to notice anything.

Maki notices the girl as well. "...You know, one of you should go check on her. What if someone left that kid alone? Where're their parents?"

Amethyst and Nephrite hear this, and turn to see the child. They then talk to themselves for a bit.
"You've gotta be kidding me."
"Are we really going to deal with stuff like this?"
"Except we know that 'The Steven' will not like it if we leave them."
"It's just 'Steven', Ame."
"Still, should we rea----" It then registers in Amethyst's mind what Nephrite just said, and is suddenly giving the latter a look that just screams 'SQUEE!!!'. Nephrite just sighs, and waits for Amethyst to refocus on the child. Sorry Nep, but you're gonna be waiting a while for that.

[Dookie]

Anyone who got a greater look at the child could see them..static. They weren't moving at all.

Loren eventually notices that nobody else is paying attention to this weird kid. "Hey, Amanda... you see that kid standing there?"

Nephrite turns to look at the child again, and the longer she looks at them, the more she realises that they ain't moving.
"Err, Ame?"
No response. Plz try again.
"Ame?"
No response. Plz try again.
"AME!!"
"Huh, wha?"
"You see that human child there? I don't think they're what they seem to be........."
Amethyst looks at the young child and saw that Nephrite's correct - They ain't moving.
"You don't think that........."
"Nah, it can't be. Can it?"
They both just stare at the child for now.

"Huh? Oh sorry, I got a little distracted by... actually winning something at this."


Amanda turns to look at the strange child.

[Dookie]

Bethany realizes the others are fixated on something.

"C'mon guys, let's gamble! This is fun, right?"
