Anyone and pretty much any living thing can be familiarized. Prior hostilities aren't important. But if you don't want to try it, we don't have to.

Ah, no, I wasn't, um, ruling it out? I guess. I just don't know what you mean by 'familiarizing' in that, ah, connotation. You can familiarize someone with a book, a language, your car, your preferences in cake, the best bands of the century.... well, yeah. But I've never heard of any familiarization that would make somebody hostile do what you want them to do.

Entrapta taps her hairtip to her chin. Thinking of Hordak. How she was able to befriend him despite his own sadistic tendencies and his dark history. Really, once you got through that cold, hard exterior, you'd uncover a warm core waiting for people to care for. It'd be that experiment again, with Jamie as the variable instead of him.

Then again, should she really worry about death if she'll just wake up somewhere else in this dimension? Hopefully Kanade was telling the truth.

okay so blanking for a moment aside, you can try if you want.

Basically you'll need to kill his mind so you can replace it with more of yours. You know multiple minds in the same body? It's like that except it's multiple bodies with the same mind.

I can't, I'm at my cap already. I have five or five and a half already back home, depending whether you count myself or not and it's not really possible to go beyond around ten, even if you're a dedicated caster. I'd rather not jeopardize the Captaincy by letting one of my directs regrow a mind if it's all the same. At best there'll be permanent brain damage and a barely functioning chunk of the captaincy until I can purge and familiarize a new direct. At worst it'll kill most of the chain down in a cascade.

Aside from dropping that she somehow made herself her own familiar, Lucintsea is still pretty quiet.

oh also when does the part where someone tries to kill us happen? I'd like to know how much longer I'll need to be waiting.
