Victoria thinks about the circumstances for a second. She wanted to find the anomaly, just like everyone else - but she was also scared of it being a significant threat. And she was a bit tired. If they went out for much longer, she would've called it quits. But her sense of curiosity kept her out - and her hope that they'd accidentally set the forest on fire again or something like that. It would be pretty exciting.

After some thinking, she came up with a system - she'd wait about 10 minutes or so (in-game time, not literal time), and if nothing continued to happen, she would head back, watch TV, and get a night's rest.

The birds are, again quiet. If you get closer, the air feels like pea soup dragging your steps. There may not be birdsong, but you think you hear strange echoes.

Gooble briefly thinks "I don't know if that anomaly's real... but i'm afraid something bad will happen if i explore it without mom & dad! They're good at these types of stuff! Maybe i should talk to those kids from earlier."

Gooble turns into his boy form and grabs the remote. He does enjoy that cartoon somewhat, but...

There's a "talent" show full of very untalented people, a man with a monotone voice reading the stock market, a round-table show with members of the local board of education, and a really disturbing horror movie that scares you into turning off the tv when you try to watch it.

Mavis and Ed are standing at the edge of the grounds, the former is holding a large cowbell.

"Hey everybody get back here if you're not here already! It's starting to get dark!" Mavis shouts, ringing the cowbell loudly.

"You better come back to your cabins. Catar, you've got the special one. Remember, not everything in the mini fridge is free, I'll be keeping a tab." Ed adds.

Jake settles into his cabin for the night, takes off his hat, and begins to sleep... no real distractions right now.

After Bunyan and Babe explore the museum for a bit, they head back to their cabin and rested up in bed, awaiting for night.

I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth at this juncture, but the land I'm making this deal for does seem unusually cheap, even for way out here. Maybe there's some endangered species I've never heard of making it so any development gets hog-tied in red tape? I dunno. Should make a note to ask my real-estate guy if there's anything I should know about that. He sent me some stuff yesterday, about it going through twelve different owners in the last twenty years. Still, it's perfect, gorgeous, who wouldn't want to camp out here? There are a few trails, but it's mostly wilderness. A few stores off the highway and whatnot down the road. Waterfalls.

Yeah, I've heard the rumors of a few people going missing just north of here, but really, people are attracted to that sort of thing. Plant a few Bigfoot footprints, sell some mugs, lean into the aura. …I'm pretty sure somebody's already doing something like that, I saw a trail of rather implausible footprints when I took a walk to look around. Like somebody was walking, but the footprints just changed with each step they took. Heck, maybe we can get some people that think aliens did it! Maybe even have a cave attraction or something.

You get a bad feeling. It's about the golf course. You hurry out there. You find Bootlegger... She's hung, lifeless, on the windmill obstacle, her head on one side, and the rest of her body on the other.

Catar steps on outside after looking like she has not slept (she hasn't) an- Oh, what the hell.

Blood. A corpse. And a strange dream. Murder. What a wonderful thing to happen during Emilia's vacation. She starts to panic upon seeing the corpse.

"What the actual hell? This better not be like 10 years ago..."

Gooble wakes up in his bed, before transforming into his boy form. He walks out.

"Good morning, everyon- Oh my!"

Gooble is shocked. This sort of thing sometimes happen in the lab he was raised in, but usually there are grownups that know what to do!

"YAAAAAWWWWWNNNNN!" Bunyan woke up, streching as she ready to start the day.
The yawn woke up Babe, who nudged her.
"Good morning, Babe," She greeted the ox, giving him some good ol' pats.
"Mooo~"
"Let's get ready~"
Bunyan got out from her pajamas and changed into her clothes, which were exactly the same as yesterday. She and Babe happily walked out of the cabin, heading for the golf course... where they found Bootlegger's corpse.
"Gah!" Bunyan shouted, rambling in French and dropping the axe she carried on her.
Babe hid behind Bunyan's legs in fear, trembling in horror. As she turns to comfort Babe, Bunyan notices the other cabin goers.
"W-We should figure out who did this, oi?"
Bunyan then cautiously approaches the corpse, being disgusted at the sight.
"Who would do this?" She whispered.
