Frankie and Shoehorn DID say yesterday that those infected by the virus retain their intelligence... So it wouldn't be against them to be able to do more complicated murders than just "bite person until they die".

It goes to show that zombies aren't anything like you see in the movies. At least those kinds of zombies don't effect the environment in this case. But here, there are more higher stakes. Which is why you need to find the cure to this disease and find all the zombies you can, so we can secure them all up and they won't be able to harm anymore until we can treat them.
