Candy throws up her hands in defeat, not even saying anything. The blatant disrespect. Not listening to her at all. ...Jack wasn't the only one who said it sounded entertaining, right?

a dragon struggles to wake up. well, not struggle exactly- more or so being a little too lazy. this time around he already knows he's not in bed, and that he very much remembers falling over and hitting the back of his head against the floor like a moron. so he doesn't really want to wake up out of embarrassment, but he kind of has to.

"You okay? You kinda knocked yourself out there."

"Yeah! Are you sure you're okay, sport? Do you feel different or anything?"

Khom gets up, scratching the back of their head.

"i crashed into worse places! nothing can put me down! (at least i hope not)

Leonie gives a concerned look in Khommodior's direction.

Relax. There'll be another way.
Leonie sounds just like she's reassuring herself just as much as the others. But there's only a faint hint of being unnerved at most.

A thought comes to her, and she does an internal double-take before asking:
How do we know we've been brought together for that?

"Jack and Candy is talking about how we might be in a death game, and the other dragon's currently freaking out over having its organs harvested. But we don't know for sure yet! Regardless, we better not be killing each other!"

[Whistle]

Death game?!
Autumn stands still, reanalyzes her surroundings. No exits, no phones, disembodied voice... It's strange and yet so familiar.
Fffffuck.
Looks like there's no getting out of this one, Autumn.

"wait what do you mean by death game?... suddenly that other dragon's ramblings feel like they would make more sense."

"I have as much of an idea as you do. I think they're just overreacting! We'll be fine! I hope. We don't have a reason to worry right now. Yet. For all she knew they were just here to...provide the anonymous voice-person some amusement with their paranoia. Which wasn't exactly nice, but certainly better than some of the things people were suggesting.

Khom yells out to the thin air.

"hello, can you answer us??"

Jack chuckles over the nativity of some of the others here.

To our viewing audience out there, it's pretty amusing how some of these people are talking like they're big heroes. Refusing to bow to and taking part in what is likely a killing game. And yet the cold hard truth is some of these people are more than likely killers among us. Sure, they might act innocent, but it's just a way to lure us all into a false sense of security. Lead us all into thinking we'll all make it out alive. Then BAM! Suddenly the last thing you notice is a knife in the back courtesy of someone you thought was your real good friend. Don't you fools understand? This is inevitable. And I know how these things work. There's nothing you can do to escape. Nothing you can do to stop it. So you might as well just shut up and enjoy it. If we have to deal with organ harvesting or killer clowns, you better believe I'll be front-and-center of the action watching it all unfold!

Jack briefly puts down his microphone.

How is it Candy of all people is the only one making any sense here?

Various normal circus structures. Bleachers, a concession stand, some merch stands. Animal cages, though no animals. Everything you'd expect in a circus tent except an exit.

Better to focus on the voice though, rather than some jerk.

It's pretty easy when you know what to look for. People brought against their will. Festive atmosphere in an arena... well, circus, close enough.

Leonie replies to Jack coldly. She's actually less angry and more just merely annoyed than her tone may imply.
You'll be front-and-center as a distraction.
After a long pause, her tone eases into something less rude.
You do have a point though. If this tent has some kind of force field stopping even a traditional western dragon breaching it, something's wrong.

She turns to Fourto.
Yeah... Everyone's making wild assumptions. I miss something? Why are we trying to contact an invisible voice?

Valania turns to Khom.

"Who knows? It could be minutes, it could be hours. "Soon" is vague enough that it can mean anything."

Valania is trying her best not to think about this potential death game. She needs a distraction, badly. And she has an idea.

"Hey! I have magic of my own, and it's super cool! Do you guys wanna check it out?"

[Kennifer]

"Because some double-talking voice said we were here for fun and chaos and it'd be nice to have a clarification. I think you were still asleep then."
