Red disapears to his room for a short while to calm down. He has been looking angry about people not just going along with his ramblings, and the caffeine didn't help at all.

The skeleton is, as stated, cracked and chipped just about everywhere. The bone shards certainly could have come from it, they're the right color and it's not like there's a lot of other skeletons lying around - but y'all don't see any way to tell any new damage from old damage.
