Look -- fine about whatever your plan is, I wasn't asking about that.

But, I'm going to say it, okay -- you were the one who led us to vote against Cirno yesterday, when anybody could have gotten those shoes wet and worn them. I admit I should've thought about that too, but I didn't see anyone with stronger evidence against them. And here, the only evidence here that I can see that I'm not sure how a faker would get hold of -- unless they crept into your room, maybe -- is your fur. We can check that if you like.

Hitomi closes her eyes in thought. "Before I answer that... how many killers do you think remain? Two, or three?"

...We were told there were four at the beginning, yes, and only one was executed, none of the others that died have been confirmed to be scum. So probably three, yeah?

There is a predatory glint in Hitomi's eyes. "How, you ask, did my fur get onto the crime scene?

"I don't know. And I also don't care. I'm a Survivor, and I'm enacting my plan. Killers, pick an innocent, and let us bring this to its end."

"And don't try to policy lim me - if I go down, you'll all go with me. Your only hope is to convince the killers to remain silent. Good luck with that, when taking my offer will win them the game immediately."

Frankie's eyes go wide. She looks nervous, her tentacles are curling in knots.

If they're listening... you could just be saying that. To draw them out. Not sell us out.

...But then, if you really are The Survivor you win either way, don't you?

"It's not impossible. If I were somehow able to make it through the next three nights safely, I could certainly bait them out by revealing myself and turning against them when they all vote some innocent. But... that would take three days. And your Medic is already dead... then again, I am implicitly asserting that there are two Survivors. Who's to say there aren't also two Medics?"

"I think the safest plan for the killers right now would be for whoever among them has the protection of their Attorney to vote an innocent, and see if I follow suit or not. Then they're risking only one teammate, not all of them, and even that one isn't lost immediately.

"Oh, and, to the Fool. If you remain silent, you have about a one in three chance of getting randomly picked. This will be your last opportunity to make that offer. Do you think the killers will trust you not to betray them?"

Frankie listens to that, and then... listens to something in her headset. Her body flushes red, she starts to smile, and her fee... tentacles... curl not so much into knots but into little spirals like those Ursula's do in The Little Mermaid when she thinks everything is going to plan.

Well well well. Yes, I have Attorney protection. We were considering that part already... very well thought out. Now, there's still some risk, but we're willing to deal.

That's right. No more murdergames, isn't that right, Ruby? That's what you promised? Never again will I have to subject myself to this torture...

Frankie seems to blink at "becoming part of something greater than themself", but shakes her head like she's banishing an old, unwanted memory. Like an immortal jellyfish? Interesting proposal. Makes me sad I thought of gathering your fur from around the hotel you might have shed during the day to frame you... almost. But then, you might not have been desperate enough to deal otherwise.

Frankie chuckles. Maybe if your towels were more absorbent...
