"I'm not exactly a rabbit, but I'll take the compliment." That and he's honestly used to people misidentifying his species. "And yeah, I've faced a lot of monsters before, so I know some stuff about fighting." By fighting, he means throwing a bunch of stuff at them and sometimes slashing them with his sword. If he was ever in a hand-to-hand battle with monsters, or anyone for that matter, he'd be creamed.

[A pause. Then, Skid awkwardly looks at Pump.] “He did say the murderers were actually on his side, right?”

[Pump nods affirmatively.] “Of course he did!”

Fuyuhiko nods as he receives the tea. He drinks it quietly, deciding to stay away from everyone for now.

". . . Wait, what was that part about murderers?" Klonoa asked the Spooky Month duo confused. Last he heard there was just monsters. Or was it murders? Or was it murdering monsters? Maybe it was monstrous murderers. Maybe it was-

[Skid and Pump turn to Klonoa and begin explaining again.]

“The dragon hid some of his followers among us!”
“And they're supposed to kill us all before we find them out!”
“Spooky!”

[They shudder in unison before going back to explaining.]

“We're supposed to find out who the murderers are...”
“...and stop them from murdering too many people!”
“If there's less innocents than killers...”
“...It's game over!”

Okay, that's a lot to take in. Sure, it's not as bad as "Turns out your life is an entire lie and that your supposed best friend was using you just so you could save his world, before you get forcefully removed from your home," but Klonoa was still a little shock to hear this. "So basically assassins? That doesn't seem too bad. I've dealt with assassins before. Sure, he tried to kill my friend and accidentally poisoned me in the process, but point being I've handled killers before." Is it a little worrying that he's said that with an entirely straight face. "Though I really hope that isn't the case. You all seem so nice so far. Would one of us really kill someone here?" Completely forgetting that the Boss Baby kinnie threaten to beat them within an inch of their life just a few minutes ago.

At George's comment, Robinette raised her wing.

"That.. is concerning." Sylvie said to Skid and Pump. He thought for a moment before realising that he hadn't actually introduce himself. "Oh! Where are my manners? I'm Dr. Sylvester Ashling. It's nice to meet you all! ..sort of."

“We don't know!”
“All the dragon said was ‘you know what to do’!”
“Maybe the murderers will be nice and not kill anyone!”
“But then the dragon might force them to kill!”

[Another pause. Then, they look at each other curiously and ask in unison,] “...Can he do that?”

"Nice to meet you as well, Sylvester!" Klonoa held out his hand to Sylvie with a bright smile on his face, despite the fact they were just told that someone could kill them. No one here could really kill each other, right? They all seem nice. Well, the yak guy seemed a bit cranky, but Klonoa's sure he's probably just upset at the situation at hand.

Boris pulls out a Kalashnikov from hammerspace and looks at Robinette.

“There really is a chance they'll be nice and not kill us!”

Klonoa looks at that big red dragon guy keeping them hostage. He had several questions here. Why were they here? Who was the dragon guy? Would someone really kill? But the one important Klonoa had on his mind he just had to ask. . . "What does vehemently mean?" Completely missing the point, and George declaring war on Robinette.
