No documents were included by my predecessor for this season, nor did I find the report worth annotating. [Not your place to judge.] I think it very plain what happened here. Very little of note can be found during this particular time that is not obvious from troop movement records, though of note is that several individuals who would later become notable left the country at this time in one of the last few immigrant waves spurred by the war.
Also, the sinking of the ANS General Zhnyasrov did in fact reveal that the Mechanican navy was using technology that they by all accounts shouldn't have had, specifically in targeting systems which had previously been restricted to the three powers. This implies that either Sangui or Evans was attempting to empower Dreissler's own initiative, which was ruined by the activation of a particularly notorious bit of software that took over much of the initiative. We have found compelling evidence (though of course, it was obvious) that Dreissler was entirely unable to control it once it activated, apparently because the manual was accidently included in a pile of files to be destroyed.
