The strangest shaped faction are the Organization for Special Interests of Obychinzk, who would look less weird if they had more control over the Forester Majority areas which are not clearly controlled by anyone.
The most Country Shaped faction is The Mechanicus Imperium, who are a nice red blob with some decent inland reach, as well as an industrialized area and an under-industrialized area.
