Backstory: Pierre was born at Schonhausen estate, Normandy. His Father, Pierre Sr., was a noble landowner and former military officer. Pierre briefly pursued law, but soon resigned his positions after pursuing some women too. He briefly served in the military, and took over the family estate in his mid 20s. He went into politics as a royalist, and served in the legislature, but after the French Revolution of 1848, he moderated his policies, but still advocated against the single French Nation State, claiming it would destroy Norman Sovereignty. He soon changed his mind, hoping to use the single French Nation to control the increasingly powerful Burgundy. He also briefly served as ambassador to Russia. He was appointed Minister President of Normandy when King Marcel of Normandy, faced with a budgetary crisis, had to bring the controlling Pierre back. Pierre immediately said that if the legislature didn't approve the king's budget, he could legally use last year's budget, which was the king's budget. He then did so, angering the legislature. The king then dissolved the legislature. Then Pierre restricted the freedom of the press, and this annoyed everyone. He stayed Minister President mostly because the King was worried if he removed him, a liberal might get in. He then invaded Belgium and the Netherlands over a succession dispute. He was then made a Count of Pierre-Schonhausen. He then invaded Normandy with help from Italy, and survived an assassination attempt. At this point, everyone hated him, but he'd done everything he said he was going to do. He then invaded Germany and unified France, and became Chancellor of France.

He then got into a feud with the Pope, tried to subvert the constitution of France to ban socialism while turning around and doing socialized healthcare. He then invaded Germany again and took Alsace and Lorraine, a decision which he later regretted, though for ultimately very little reason. He first opposed colonialism, seeing it as unprofitable and potentially hazardous, and then suddenly decided to take over part of Africa and South Asia. Then, the new Emperor of France abruptly died of throat cancer. Pierre then got into a fight with the new Emperor and got fired. He was elected to the legislature almost immediately after being fired, but got so angry about being taken to a second ballot by a Social Democrat that he refused to take his seat. He's been angrily retired for a year now, and is currently 76. Oh also he's in modern times now because presumably he yelled at a time travel researcher until time travel got invented.

Personality: He's constantly angry, incredibly spiteful, and often preemptively backstabs people, whether out of paranoia, irritation, or convenience. Every morning, he has to think of someone he hates so he has a reason to get out of bed (to spite them.)

Abilities: He's very French, and can do French things, like speak French, and undercook meat. He can also make people do what he wants even if they hate him because he knows what they want and can dangle it as a reward.
