Why they cared, I don't know.] The gaps and unintelligible bits in the ****** Recruitment Recording have been filled in with a more complete recording picked up by a (more advanced and dedicated surveillance setup installed during the Vychadoré Jr. Regime,) [Vychadoré Jr. was always obsessed with keeping records of his orders, unlike his more famous parent. A forgivable mistake for a second generation dictator, but could have sunk Sr.] recovered by our own intelligence services.
