If he turns out to be a Rolecop, then Amy is clear again as the Unjester. Just investigate Knuckles and the ghost for two of the Cultist roles.
If he turns out to be a Mason, then Mitsuha is safe, and you should just investigate Knuckles and the ghost in the same way.
