Alrighty, tis' is time to get this started.
Board 5: Wario's Battle Canyon - Prologue and Turn 1
Two aircraft fly towards the outskirts of Wario's wartorn Battle Canyon. Now with Muskular and the Bob-omb Buddy are four players ready to find friendship on the battlefield. While arriving, they wait for someone to greet them.
Muskular: Strange. I thought this group would be a bit more diverse... they're pretty strange compared to what I've seen before too.
A Tactical Doll named RO635 attempts to stop the players and the Star Spirit from advancing further in the canyon. Using her signature megaphone to stab the players' ears, she starts yelling like a drill sergeant in order to get any sort of intel from them.
RO635: Halt! Who goes there? I know you lot are up to no good!
Muskular: Relax, I've been personally called to clean up this mess.
RO635: Were you the person who managed to summon such a vile human being named Yegor?
Wario's archrival Captain Syrup stepped in to explain.
Captain Syrup: Sorry for the intervention, folks! I'm Captain Syrup, long-time rival of Wario, the canyon's former owner. It seems a demon of flames has brought multiple malicious armies into his ropes. This girl here has a big bone to pick with one of them. He's currently hanging out in the center of the board. I wouldn't go there if I were you.
Captain Syrup: Allow me to explain the rest of the board.
Besides the center of the board, the Fly Guy is still around, ready to pick up anyone to it. He may choose another person to target if his vicinity pays out coins. A certain type of Tactical Doll called a HOC hangs out on the bottom right to send players to different islands. The same goes for temporal fishes out of water from Britain using a Howitzer. Near the HOC girls is a trading camp where the player may barter with soldiers hanging out there. A WW2 veteran past his prime is taking a rest near Captain Syrup's shop and a demigod stalks the top left of the board. The rest of the Happening Spaces are pretty much negative and may result in players losing coins or getting sent back to start by force.
Captain Syrup: Whew, that's a lot to explain for such a strenuous time. Last time I came here with Wario, this canyon didn't even have any bridges between islands. Let's hit the Dice Blocks shall we?
Shitass rolls a 10. Michael rolls a 2. Boyfriend rolls a 3. Henry Stickmin rolls a 4.
Muskular: ...uh, the guy with the weird smile... named Shitass... goes first. Henry's second, the kid named Boyfriend is third, and Michael, well... he's in last.
Muskular, still a bit concerned about the ragtag bunch of maniacs, gives each of the 4 players 10 coins each. A Star Space appears somewhere on the top left island, near an Orb Space.
RO635: Alright, you all got me there. Good luck, then.
It's Shitass's turn. We can hear a spacebar being pressed as Shitass hits the Dice Block monotonously. Rolling a 6, he passes by a WW2 veteran who yells at him.
Ryan: The hell are you? I won't have any conversation with you unless you pay up 15 cents.
Shitass stops walking when he lands on a Blue Space and stands like a rock as three coins are put into his inventory.
It's Henry's turn. He whacks the Dice Block with a baseball bat as a 1 comes out of it. Henry rolls his eyes as he stops on the Blue Space right ahead of him and gets 3 coins.
It's the Boyfriend's turn. He punches the Dice Block and rolls an 10. He ignored the near senile WW2 veteran stuck in a rock and a hard place. He picks up a Koopa Bank Orb from an Orb Space before stopping on a near end of the bridge linking the bottom two islands, where a Red Space rests. Boyfriend loses 3 of his coins.
Koopa Bank Orb - Anyone (even the person who threw the orb) who bypasses the space this creates is forced to pay up to 5 coins to the Koopa Bank's reserves. Whoever lands on the space directly gets all the coins in the reserve.
It's Michael's turn. Hitting the Dice Block nets him an 1. He stops on the same Blue Space as Henry as he gets 3 coins.
It's the kid rapper against 3 weirdos that could give Dad a second thought! What's the first minigame?
Turn 1 Mini-Game - Wheel of Woe (video of minigame)
The partiers are sent into a dark, dungeon-like room. A female dark elf with a job as a Hocus-Poker on the side tells the Boyfriend about the minigame as she opens a magic book that allows the room itself to be completely controlled. The Shy Guy far from them turns on the rotating cog on the floor as the three other players drop into the dungeon and panicking as the Boyfriend starts calling out his summoning spells!
(yes, I know the Koopa Bank Orb is not listed in the image)

- The first command Boyfriend says is a Chain Chomp. An iron gate slid open as a Chain Chomp rushed in to tackle the players. Michael Afton is caught in its path and is eliminated as the other two players wobble around the rotating cog floor.
- Boyfriend orders the Shy Guy to rotate the direction the floor is moving as the Hocus-Poker girl tells the Shy Guy to do so. The two remaining players still hang on.
- Boyfriend commands for the cannons in the dungeon to fire cannonballs as holes in the stone walls open up and cannons fire salvos of cannonballs. Henry is shot in the face and is thrown off the cog.
- Boyfriend commands for the cannons to fire again at Shitass, the last player currently standing. Shitass managed to evade the cannonballs by doing absolutely nothing.
- Boyfriend manages to have the Hocus-Poker girl have Shy Guy rotate the cog again. Shitass falls off clumsily as the Boyfriend has been declared the victor.
