Bunyan and Babe follow Victoria to the diner. The two sat down at the table, with Babe on Bunyan's lap.

“We'll see you there too, we suppose. We're getting rather peckish. Hopefully it's got more class than AHEM Jimothy's mushrooms AHEM.”

They do! And they are tasty, really tasty. Looks like a really large stack of them too, wow.

That's a diner, all right. Looks right out of the 50's. Bright colors, chrome, booths, and some stools. There's a waitress, a couple locals, and some nice smells coming out of the kitchen.

Oh dear. Looks like they're all out mozzarella for pizzas, not to mention grape soda.

Ooh dear again. I already mentioned the pizza shortage. The burgers will have to be thawed. ...And most of the flavors of ice cream are out.

Looks like they have root beer, cola, seven up, milk shakes, banana and strawberry ice cream, pancakes, bacon, fries, club sandwiches, BLTs, hot dogs... and that's just what you can focus on the waitress saying. She's very apologetic about some of the food being unavailable.

Jimothy approaces the diner, and overhears about the burger thaw situation.

The burgers are... not ready yet? That is a shame, the greatest human delicacy out there! I shall wait here.

"Looks like typical old world cuisine, like hot dogs! Come on, I'm starvin'! Let's dive in!"

After a while, the kids decide on > some club sandwiches and fries.

“How charming,” Zee chirp, before walking to the counter to order something. However, on the way there, they can't help but notice Victoria's conversation with the waitress…

Jimothy does. The waitress apologizes for the wait for thawing the burger patties, but says they'll try to get it out as quick as possible, and she'll add in some extra fries as well for the inconvenience.

Victoria gets most of her order relatively quickly (it is a diner), but the kitchen is a bit slammed now and the burger patties still need to be thawed. That part will have to wait a little.

"The museum? Ah, yeah. Pretty cool, whatever you think. I mean, the section on people who disappeared is at least real."

Gooble then sits down and eats his meal. It is tasty! Gooble then looks at Eki and Anya and asks them something.

"You say you're adventurers? What sorts of adventures do you have? What kinds of places you've been to? My parents like to go on adventures sometimes, and honestly, i don't really know what do they do out there."

Pancakes obtained! They're a little short on syrup because Mavis is hogging it at the moment but the pancakes themselves are fluffy and delicious.

Booker hears about the situation with the burgers and pizza, and asks for a club sandwich and also orders some milk to drink. And extra fries.

"So, do you live here? Have you ever seen the supernatural before? I live in a lab where my parents study those types of stuff!"

"We're just visiting Grunkle Ed for the summer. I wish I did live here though, it's really cool!"
