The Execution of Yoshiko Minami

In a blink, everyone finds themself in another room - one they've never seen on any of the floor plans.

There's a river of acid flowing through the room, and Yoshiko is slowly lowered into it, burning her legs away.

Bright lights shine from somewhere, dazzling her and turning her eyes pink and yellow.

A makeup artist, completely unrecognizable to you other than the oddly familiar completely barren planet they have instead of a head, paints Yoshiko's face paper-white with red cheek circles, and black lines on her jaw to make it look like a ventriloquist's dummy.

With a gasp, Death pulls out Yoshiko's trademark banhammer and flattens her in one swing.

Death sighs. I had to give 'er something for her few days of dedicated service. So I made her death nice and comical. Just like she'd like it, probably I assume based on nothing.

Yoshiko Minami was the Vanillaizer.

With Yoshiko's death, everyone is able to move again. There's a stairway leading back to the rest of the spa.

Night will fall in the Mountains some time tomorrow (Saturday, September 10).

Liz just looks at that death, completely unfazed. It's not anything like having to save her, er... friend from her brother turning to a giant crystal monster.
I'm gonna go grab some dinner. Always wondered what humans tasted like.

Now all that remains is to figure out the rest of their team, which should not be too difficult, I think. After all, they've walked in to deliver their own death warrants, with postage paid in full. I believe we're in excellent condition. 

Now, if you'll excuse me, Mr. Vince Ruiz, you have a massive water bill because you left the tap on back home, the IRS wants to talk to you over back-tax evasion, and here's a chain letter that someone sent you. "Send it to ten more people or be beaten to death by a mail-carrier." Strange warning. Probably will never happen, but your choice, of course.

The restaurant looks perfectly normal, aside from the absolute absence of any staff whatsoever. Which is actually not particularly normal at all.
