Mavis almost gets tripped up, but then squees softly and kneels down to pet the kity.

Jake begins repeating a mantra to himself after what he heard in the loop.

Eki and Anya are on the ground, disoriented. Thank the Goddess they don't remember exactly what happened, or else they would tearing their hair out right now.

"Wow, what happened? I'm all befrazzled..." Anya says weakly.

"According to my notes, we were trapped in a time loop. Apparently, we impressed Mr. Groves with our response to it, so we get to spend the night in the luxury cabin."

"That's nice! But, ugh... my head hurts." Anya clutches her forehead

"Admittedly, I have a headache too. We can just, uh... rest in our cabin."

"That can wait 'till the end of the day! I want to do something! ...Once my head stops hurtin' my crazy."

Pretty much just the usual stuff. Diner, museum, shops, some townspeople wandering around.

In a rare moment of relaxation after the time loop, Jake >goes to the diner and orders a cheeseburger.

Jake takes off his glove, gives Lucky a light pet.
There's... something I have to confess. I'm... not entirely intended to be here. There's... paradoxes. Paradoxes. I've... seen a lot from Ricky Dollar. In my dreams. It was terrifying. And after this loop ended, I... guess I kind of felt a sense of peace. Knowing what was on the other side.

As the sunset shines in, Jake notices himself becoming to turn to dust. His expression looks pained, even if he's trying to hide it.
I guess it's the time now... I wish I did more for you guys.... Fuck that hurts!!
By the end of the dustening, all that's left of Jake is the glove.
