[Mafia] Close Circle 2
>check Reina's house for traces of cookie (Mila)

Doesn't seem like there is.
I like bananas. They're yellow.
"Meh, it was worth a try."
Stupid doomed timeline...
> checks Finn's house for traces of cookie
If you hear about someone putting characters through intense despair and misery, then that someone is probably me.
> checks Finn's house for traces of cookie (Lucky)

...who's Finn?
I like bananas. They're yellow.
The old man that was dressed rather shabbily entered the area where the rest of the people were. "Hey, who've been shettin' fires over 'ere?"
"We're trying to figure that out, since it's probably also who killed Reina."
Stupid doomed timeline...
This is absurd. It's either Spamton or the cookie, and of COURSE someone would think of planting the crumbs in something rather than a vague "around". The question is not "does the evidence point one way" because all evidence could have been, and most likely IS, planted. The question is "is the cookie smart enough to frame herself, or is Spamton smart enough to frame the cookie for framing herself or is Spamton just framing the cookie straight." Two of those options are Spamton, and if it's not, we can just take out the cookie tomorrow. We have a lot of room for error with only two assassins to eight of us.

So anyway, it's up to you whether we go for the option which occurs twice or the one that occurs once first. I know which I think is more likely. I'd find the tracking cookie pun too good to pass up.

/Vote Spamton

Very well, if you all wish to commence the voting, here is where it stands.

Spamton (1) (Lindsey)

"...you're basing this on a pun."
Stupid doomed timeline...
Yeah. Well, that, and that it comes up twice in the likely possibilities. We have a lot of room for error. I'd guess roughly a 50% chance it's Spamton, 40% it's the cookie, and 10% it's someone else. Though that's just a weird estimate based on numbers which we don't know much about really. I do think that there's more reasons to assume odd level framing than even level framing. Most notably, we haven't actually found evidence for more than one person, which would be expected in an even level frame.

But look, we can shoot the cookie tomorrow if this doesn't work out, and we'll be what, six to one? I like those odds. The killer would have to take down five people without getting caught. Hell, you could execute randomly and statistically catch them in that scenario.

"Thing is, what do the shoes have to do with this? Those feet are stumps. They wouldn't fill shoes like these."
If you hear about someone putting characters through intense despair and misery, then that someone is probably me.
Mila shrugs, and... still confused as to what exactly Lindsey is talking about decides to

> see if anything is amiss in Spamton's house that would back up the... pun-based theory.
Stupid doomed timeline...
> see if anything is amiss in Spamton's house that would back up the... pun-based theory.

You're not sure what you're looking for.
I like bananas. They're yellow.
"HEY HOW WOULD THE [Top Funny Puns] EVEN BE RELEVANT HERE? HOW DO YOU SUGGEST I EVEN GOT HOLD 0F SAID [Crumbs]?
Glitchy Bootleg Lasers
It doesn't matter how you got ahold of the crumbs. It very much could be done, and it probably was. The question raised was "does the cookie shed crumbs". Well, obviously, YES. Either Spamton got shed crumbs, or the cookie shed crumbs into shoes which they were somehow able to use despite having nubs instead of feet.

Wait.

>Who's shoes are those, anyway?
I am the They who says it!
>Who's shoes are those, anyway? [Lindsey]

You can't really tell.
I like bananas. They're yellow.
Okay, so idea. If they're no one in particular's shoes, it's almost certainly Spamton. Spamton the salesman? Who presumably sells shoes? If they're someone's shoes, then it's a good bet it's someone else, probably the cookie. Also, this isn't the big deal you're making it. Again, worst case we end up six to one.

"ANOTHER [[Question!]] TH0UGH... WHY SO SURE WHOEVER [Get Frames Here!] THE COOKIE WOULD BE ME SPECIFICALY? JUST BECAUSE... I'M ALSO SHORT?"
Glitchy Bootleg Lasers
>specifically look for cookie crumbs (or whole cookies that could've been used to plant crumbs) in Spamton's house I guess lol
Stupid doomed timeline...
"BYTHE WAY, NEVER SEEN THOSE [Shoes]! ALSO HOW IS IT NOT A BIG DEAL WHEN I WOULD [Die]? SENDING AN [InnocentMan] TO HIS DEATH?" he yells.
Glitchy Bootleg Lasers
>specifically look for cookie crumbs (or whole cookies that could've been used to plant crumbs) in Spamton's house I guess lol (Mila)

All you do is walk right into the door of his house, giving yourself a black eye. Watch where you're going!
I like bananas. They're yellow.
I mean yeah, I explained my reasoning earlier. Were you not paying attention? I specifically said "because Spamton is also short, any evidence that points to short people after the cookie who's name I've forgotten turns up innocent will be ignored as obvious framing, giving Spamton free reign." That sort of thing has happened before.

Also Spamton wouldn't have cookie crumbs in his house. He'd have got them from somewhere else, or the cookie's house. Why would the cookie be leaving crumbs in Spamton's house?

Lindsey pointedly ignores the "big deal of innocence" thing.
I am the They who says it!
"In case he dropped some on the way back or something. I don't know, I don't even get your logic with the pun or the height thing or whatever you're talking about, but maybe I'm not thinking straight."

Mila was also wondering whether Lindsey was making any sense to anyone else, but she's not going to get into it. She's tired, she's still covered in ash, and now she's in pain. She's just going to

>go back into her house and try to find something to put on her eye.
Stupid doomed timeline...
>go back into her house and try to find something to put on her eye. (Mila)

You find yourself a nice ice pack to put over your eye as well as some pain pills you take to help reduce the swelling. Keep it on and you'll be as good as new.
I like bananas. They're yellow.
> Investigates the other houses. Someone could have framed Spamton framing Cookie.
If you hear about someone putting characters through intense despair and misery, then that someone is probably me.
