Anyway, the doors that were disturbed when I checked them are: Hut 2, Hut 4, Hut 6, Hut 7, Hut 8, GWC's mansion and some random shed. Julia was with me in Hut 2. Desenari was alone in Hut 4, I think.

Looking around, you also find that flower mix right in the bed where MARIO.EXE happened to sleep in. And on top of this, it looks like there were marks indicating someone was dragged out of there.
