Well I'm sorry that you all can't see the genius of this plan. You heard our captor writing something. Adding the Kingdom of Hawaii to the list of places to execute if it gets enough votes, no doubt. And MY GOD Lars, you know what's really suspicious here? You. You, out of nowhere, decided to vote for my death. To a lesser extent Gumball Cookie, but I think he's just a little paranoid.

The plan is to get them to feel obligated to execute an inhabited state, territory, kingdom, or what have you. They will begrudgingly do that, become extremely tired because it is a lot of miserable work, and then we can kill the three of them and leave with no further risk to ourselves or others. And yes, I'm saying this plan aloud, because I'm sure they're busy thinking "haha, we'll prove the president wrong, even if people did go with his plan, we'd be too amazing to get tired from going all the way to hawaii, killing everything on the dangerous island of hawaii and the surrounding islands, and coming all the way back, thousands of miles both ways." and then WE'LL prove THEM wrong.

It's an ingenious plan! In Big Ben's head. Maybe it's not so Ingenious to other people, but he certainly thinks it's very clever.
