I mean, I play on the NA server (excuse me for bringing up the hell gacha again) and I've run across a weird amount of people talking like that, but I kind of just assumed they weren't native English speakers? Not... disturbingly incompetent?

Feels like the "i can be ur angle... or yuor devil" meme is getting increasingly unironic.
