Left: Seems to be somewhat perky, idealistic, but somewhat frail and emotional.
Center: Somewhat cynical, stoic, and strong, but has well intentions behind her.
Right: Somewhat passive-agressive; might be hiding something sinister with every move.

I get these at least because of their shapes; the left seems to use a lot of circles and triangles in her design, but more circular, thus making her flower. The center character looks very square, thus giving her such stoicism, but her circular head also implies good-heartedness. The pure triangular design of the right character gives off an impression of sinisterness.
