Second thought for the day (really more of a question): supposing there is no God or similar divine source of morality, is it contradictory to believe in an objective standard for morality?

Objective morality has problems regardless of religious or non religious reasons.

Yeah, but subjective morality has an assload of issues as well, and nihilism depresses me.

yeah our rule on alts has always been "sure but don't abuse"
and tbh the mad and tabby situations are completely different when people took tabby to task for what she did, she escalated into outright hostility mad... isn't taking things well because of course she isn't, but she's not gonna retaliate
