eh I'm of the belief that everything is fine in moderation.

eating like... a couple of tacos that are mostly veggies and lean protein a couple times a week? totally fine! it ends up the same amount of calories and stuff as most meals I'd eat. plus, veggies and lean protein are Good For You. The tortillas maybe not as much but that's why I just eat a couple of kinda overstuffed ones instead of multiple mostly-tortilla ones.

...probably because my dad was a beanaholic so we ate them a lot lol

...which may be part of why I like them 'cause I grew up eating them like at least once or twice a week whether as a side dish or part of a casserole or whatever.
