ah, hangman—the classic game of “guess what I'm thinking of”! the rules are simple, but I'll go over them just in case:
Rules
- at the start of every round, the host announces a category related to what they're thinking of and puts down a series of blanks, one for each letter in the word/phrase.
- from there, the other players try to guess which letters are in the word/phrase (try not to clog the thread with guesses if there are already a lot of unconfirmed ones on the page!). if a correct letter is found, the host fills in the blanks that have that letter. if not, the players lose a life.
- whoever guesses the word/phrase correctly first wins the round and becomes the next host. if all seven lives are lost without a correct guess, then the ‘host’ simply passes onto the next person to think of something.
