Who has adventuring qualifications, a long track record of successes, two normal thumbs and one severed one on a necklace and was RIGHT? This girl! I'll accept my apology in large sums of money, and be along to start taking everything from the corpse. Now, are you ready for some EXTRAJUDICIAL VIOLENCE?! Because I always am! Bet you won't be so quick to assume I know nothing now, will you? Told you I had experience dealing with assassins like this!

Kellensea claps her hands, and prepares for the oncoming trial, brimming with joy and smugness in equal quantities.

Alexis holds the unused dishwashing gloves towards Cookie Monster again.

"No one cares." Ranma just said to Kellensea. "Maybe try being less of an ass, and maybe people will listen to you." He said, looking at Cookie Monster, planning on ignoring Kellensea from this point on.

Alexis holds the unused dishwashing gloves towards Cookie Monster again.

They're just disposable dishwashing gloves! They come in like, two sizes! Remember how the ones we found were stretched? That means that obviously, it's way more suspicious if they're a tight fit! And "try being less of an ass"? I could certainly say the same to someone who refuses to respect the right of an Adventurer to strip corpses of possessions immediately, and makes up shit like "respect for the dead" to justify denying that right. Since when has that been a thing? Ever? Clearly you just want the stuff for yourself. Haha! Anyway...

No gloves in mine. I haven't even gone in my assigned bedroom yet, and I haven't started looting gloves, so there wouldn't be any in the office.

Kellensea decides she's waited long enough, and immediately goes to Doug's room and takes everything from the corpse, before adding it to her gradually growing pile of commandeered merchandise in the boarded up office.

"Well, that... makes a frame-up seem less obvious..."

For the record, Alexis didn't pack any gloves.

Cookie needed to get out of the sus light and fast. Hopefully he could find some evidence against him.

"Ah yes, because I want a tacky and giant detective coat." Ranma rolled his eyes, and continued investigating. "Although, there is something funny you said a few minutes ago. As much as I'd love to continue ignoring you, I just want to point out that we never brought up the possibility of there being an assassin. I've seen my fair shares of assassins, but never have I ever "worked with them before." Not to mention you brought up the neck was cleanly snapped, meaning it must've been someone who's had experience with it before. Someone who knows how to clean up their crime. And someone who would kill on the orders of others." The martial artist said, before giving a light shrug. "But hey, maybe I'm wrong and it really is the monster who someone managed to luckily snapped someone's neck with the skills of an assassin."

Hm. Well, I'm sure you'll all come around to my way of thinking soon enough. Though most people act like that's a fate worse than death until they've tried it... Oh, remind me to tell you all the story about that time I actually did do assassination work. And about that time I stopped that other assassin. Well, didn't stop him, he was working with the person I was supposed to protect, but I managed to catch up with him before he fled, and managed to exchange a few words before he escaped. I did catch up with him properly, with my friends, a few years later. Very different circumstances then. Anyway, I'll tell you the story later. For now, I think you are about to eat some delicious delicious "your own words" when that trial rolls around.

Kellensea then starts going through the cabinets, looking for things worth taking in there, while waiting for the trial to come.

"To be frank, I wasn't listening to what you were saying, though I believe your own words are about to be eaten here in a moment. But what I do know is that every word that comes out your mouth makes me want to intentionally fail my death pledge." And possibly throw a locker at Kellensea. Whatever comes first for him. Of course he's slightly being sarcastic, but holding some truth in his words at the same time.

Alexis just jots a few more things down on her notepad. Hopefully no one notices her roll her eyes, due to her head being bowed and her hair falling in her face.

Bakugo, who's bored with doing nothing at the Launchpad, decides to walk over to Admin to see what he can do there.

Krabs heads back to his room and sits down on his mattress...

until he has a realization.

"Me mattress."

"Where are the lumps on me mattress?"

Krabs bangs on his door and bursts it down.

"WHERE'S ME MONEY?!"

The door bursts open, and Bow swiftly jumps out before it can swing back closed on her.

The kitchen cabinets are full of kitchen supplies; pots, pans, utensils. They don't look super valuable.

The Admin map is blinking with an expected quantity and type of indicators. The computer is still flashing a prompt about Decontamination being disabled.

I materialize, looking distinctly irritated. Your money? The money you stored in your mattress back home? The mattress that's still back at your home? In Bikini Bottom? Which isn't here? Take a wild guess. I sigh. Someone feel free to smash that mf meeting button any time now.

"I NEED ME MONEY! Oh, I couldn't bear to leave it unprotected... And the Krusty Krab is unsolicited too... I'm gonna go bankrupt!"

Krabs begins to cry.
