It's around the world: She looks for certain mannerisms in people, and tells others exactly how they will act before they do.
It's just within the town: She programs a video camera to catch an interaction of people, then goes to the outskirts and leaves the camera there. On the next time loop, she picks up the camera, brings it back to the people, and then shows them video of them doing things they haven't done yet. That should convince them.
The camera was a good idea, but Victoria has a really hard time finding the edge of the loop... or really I should say, has a hard time trying to see outside of the town, for some reason. So she wastes several loops on this before going back to the original "I can predict what you're going to do" plan, which manages to convince a couple of people. Quote:2. If there is an outer limit to the time loop, then have most of everyone search without that space the loop is happing in, with one person walking around the outskirts to see if there is anything there. On every reoccurring loop, everyone switches where they are looking through.
Remembering where people had looked and switching it up works a lot better though, and Victoria manages to find the artifact after a few tries. (Rolled 7 +1 for smarts for a total of 8.)

Well, Victoria has the video on her camera, but uploading it doesn't go very well; it seems the Internet around here is pretty spotty. Grunkle Ed probably didn't want to pay for the fast stuff. (Rolled 2 +1 for smarts for a total of 3.)
Victoria has scored a total of 13 points.
Stupid doomed timeline...
