Bunyan was about as perplexed as Ed when she heard that she was registered under that name, although that would've been impossible since she was just summoned; perhaps a Mage wanted to summon her in this area -- which is fitting for a fabled lumberjack from North American folklore -- and got her registered at the cabin beforehand? If so, where is that Mage?
Oh well, this is quite convenient for Bunyan nonetheless. She'll have some place to stay but she remembered about her mana storage and how she'll need to find a Master to stay anchored in the physical world, but she'll worry about it later.
