Omen then looks down, to the dust and garbage collecting on the stairs he's on. While Mission may care about how the machine looks from outside, they certainly do not care about the inside workings- the parts that could damage that pristine image of theirs too much. Perhaps Syringe's escape went unnoticed by all but the higher ups?... Mission certainly seems to be a company that withholds information from their own.
