During the nightmare, Ting-Lu instead sees its vessel shattered and body/construct absent, to pretty much the same effect.
I had a most concerning suspicion someone would not be waking up from that nightmare any time soon. How irritating that it should be true.
It's less annoyed than its words suggest.
It lumbers towards the site of the pile of ashes. It just about sees the footprints and sniffs at them.

Then it turns to address the crowd in general again.
On the subject of our most recent, most likely extra-dimensional arrival, I suggest that it would be a great help if any who could be easily mistaken for one of the witch's thralls would please speak up about it immediately.
