Phikul's plan
1. You all find yourselves caught in the rain. And the clouds bring the lightning and thunder as bolts strike at everyone. The lightning creeps closer to you, aiming to hit you all. Evade the bolts and get to safety.
Phikul scrabbles around, trying to find a hole or some sort of opening in the ground. The trees and the RV all seem too likely to be struck by the bolts and catch fire. Eventually, he manages to find a small cave and tucks himself inside.
2. The rainfall increases tenfold. Before you know it, you find the camp is flooding. Reach high ground or drown.
Fortunately, deer are good at swimming, and Phikul's height means he is able to keep his head above water for enough time to allow him to escape. He makes his way to a tall, tree-covered hill, more like an island in the raging waters. Seeing that hooves aren't very practical for climbing, he quickly recites the incantation that changes him into yaksha form. Feeling his way around, he eventually finds a sturdy-looking branch and stays there.
3. Now the rainwater has turned to blood. The sharks from the river are swimming after you, looking for a nice meal. Fight them off otherwise you're dinner.
“What in the woods? Sharks are saltwater animals!”
After he manages to get all his outrage at the host's lack of knowledge on ecology out of the way, Phikul thinks about how he'll fend them off. He doesn't want to fight, so he figures that he'll use his magic and sing some spell that'll placate them. So that's what he does. The magic snakes out of his lips and curves around the fish like vines. He doesn't have as much power over creatures outside his domain, but he hopes that it'll still work.
