Had a vacation resort on an island, but it got ruined after islanders took over. Cutting his losses, he just focused on more developments. Is a very condescending asshole, looking down on people poorer than him, will boast about his wealth, and is also quite delusional, thinking people want him dead because of his riches rather than the fact he's a huge prick.
