When Ripple Star is threatened by Dark Matter, Kirby fights them off and saved Ripple Star, and in the process, befriended Ribbon. Kirby is kindhearted, optimistic, and plucky, but can be a little naive. Ribbon is kindhearted but timid.
Distinguishing Abilities: Kirby can puff up and float, and he can inhale things and gain their abilities. Ribbon can fly and use her crystal gun to shoot enemies.
