H counts on her fingers, to show off off a hand with all 5 fingers up as she emphazises the "13". "Even if you're counting Microsoft and Sony separately and assume they voted for themselves for whatever reason, that would still just be 6, not 7. Unless you know of some secret extra voters they've got hidden around here?"
