Run down? This is a hell of a lot better than most prisons I'll tell you that.
We could have just dumped you all in an actual gulag, or, you know, a prison in any other place. This is way nicer than any standard prison. In fact, I think we should have dumped you in a gulag or done this with fake prisoners.
