[Dookie]

1. Tom looks to Emery for weapons and armor. Specifically, a gun, a knife, and a piece of armor. If needed, he'll persuade him using the train job as evidence that he can kill people, and that putting weapons in his hands is not a bad idea.

2. Grab a vehicle, perhaps the one from the last one, and drive it until he can see the house. Then, he will park the vehicle far away enough from the house that it is not visible, and walk towards it with his weapons and armor.

3. His main plan will be the infiltrate through an upstairs window. He will start by checking the room for Yarddogs. If there are none, he will go in. If there are some, he will wait until they cannot see him, and creep into the room, and slit their throat silently. He will tip-toe through the house (And slit the throats of any Yarddogs he sees) until he gets to Charles. If the room is guarded, he will only then use his gun, and get him out after killing the Yarddogs.

4. After that, Charles will become Harvey Nottingham. Tom will have bought tickets to Vice City online using the Poopy Piss airlines app, and that's where Harvey will stay. He'll get in the vehicle he parked with Harvey, take him to the airport, and Harvey will be sent on a far-away journey to Vice City to start a new life.
