A shortish red-haired person in a puffy green jacket (despite the heat) is busy scouting out the location with some surprisingly nice binoculars. They have pins of various pride flags, as well as a potentially disturbing number of national flag pins across their sleeves and chest, and the smirk of a funky winkerbean character.
