Backstory and Personality: Since anyone could apparently become a doctor in the Mushroom Kingdom, Waluigi decided to take up the mantle. Though, most of the problems are solved by throwing pills at viruses. Plus, Waluigi didn't become a doctor out of a desire to help people. He mostly did it for the money. And hey, he believes he deserves a nice break from his "hard work" with a nice spa vacation.
