Okay. Alright. Ah've calmed down a bit, but that don't mean Ah'm not gonna make yer life miserable for makin' mine harder. Now, uhh... here's what y'all need to do to get around this shuttin' down of the PATS. An' Ah expect y'all ta make this work. Ah need yer schemes for this.
Item One! Ah need y'all to find a power source for the PATS. It requires a lot of power to run an array of strong signal jammers. This power source needs to run constantly, and without much maintenance.
Item Two! Y'all are gonna have to figure out a way to get up the narrow, treacherous, slick with rain mountain path that leads to the PATS array on that really tall mountain over there without getitn' severely injured, because Ah'm sure as hell not authorizin' medical treatment for any of y'all after that performance.
Item Three! Ah need y'all to climb to the top of the PATS towers, like in that video game, uhh... distance wail? Somethin' like that. Get to the top of these four two-thousand-foot-tall masts via ladder an' stair, because Ah'm not gettin' ya the elevator keys, ya don't deserve them. Ah suppose ya could figure out another way to get up if ya really wanted, but ya need to get to the top to reboot the transmitters.

Ah need y'all to get me the blocked signal printouts from the PATS administration office in town on the way back, because that's yer job until Ah can get a higher up to authorize the restaffin' of the dedicated PATS staff. Y'all can figure out how to get into the office yerself, the door is locked.
