The nominator, (that bein' Pinky and Brain) implicitly voted yes, so that's one vote fer Ombud Costanza, and there's two votes against, one from Mayor Asuka and one from L&L Rep CATS. So all y'all who aren't those need ta vote. Oh, an ah'll assume Ombud Costanza voted for himself, so that's two fer him to be chair, and two against.
