The Plan

1.First order of business. Those supplies from a while ago. Transport them to the site by the uplink station.

Use a cart, wheelbarrow, or wagon to carry the supplies.

2. Next, set up the scaffolding. This is relatively simple, but you also need to find a way to keep the bottom foundation firm in the snow.

First, use a shovel to shovel some of the snow away. Then use tools and materials to set up the scaffolding.

3.Now you have the scaffolding up, how do we get the building materials hoisted?

Good thing Nintendo could float! He can fly up to the scaffolds, carrying the materials he need.

4. This is the actual tower's function: the wiring and motherboard and stuff. Keep it safe. Now, the wires are also going to get shaken. Perhaps some assistance for it is necessary.

Use a tape, or similar adhesives, to stick the wire together. Use plating to keep the wind or elements from damaging or shaking the wires!

5. Now, clean it all up. This means the scaffold and whatever leftover supplies. If it weren't for the snow piling on during building, you could probably kick the scaffold from the bottom.

Nintendo can float around the scaffolding, dismantling it and taking away any supplies on it. And also shovel away some of the snow for an easier time.

The stuff do a decent job of holding things together.

And so does the dismantling of the scaffold.

Could've used something more efficient than something like those, but they work (+2), ....ok could've gone for something more efficient than a shovel and pls describe (+1), flight is great! (+3), ehhhhhh, taping is crude but you did plate the stuff (+1), and atleast you didn't decide to like, kick the scaffold or moonblast it even though you could've gone for more efficient methods to clean the snow (+1)
